As General Counsel of naviHealth, Amy Calton leads on all legal affairs and provides strategic legal guidance to the company’s senior leadership. Amy has spent nearly all of her career in health care, previously serving as in-house counsel for Community Health Systems and Healthways with several years in private practice as a litigator. When not at work, Amy enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter and French Bulldog.

As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation at naviHealth, Gary Bucciarelli is responsible for developing a long-term strategy and sustaining near-term product and data-driven innovation. Prior to joining naviHealth, Gary focused on health care merger and acquisition (M&A), development and strategy at Deloitte. He also previously held positions at The Advisory Board Company and Johns Hopkins Medicine. When not at work, Gary enjoys spending time with family and the outdoors, and he embraces any excuse to pick up a wrench, hammer or drill.
As Chief Growth Officer at naviHealth, Greg Baumer serves many external functions including sales, marketing, partnerships and new solution development. Greg has spent the majority of his career focused on health care with prior roles in health care investing at Advent International and health care consulting at McKinsey & Company. When he is not at work, Greg loves to explore Nashville’s burgeoning restaurant scene with his wife and go on “bear hunts” (i.e., family walks) with his three young kids.
As Chief Executive Officer at naviHealth, Harrison is responsible for the strategic vision and leadership of the organization. Harrison has been with naviHealth since its founding in 2012 — previously serving as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining naviHealth, Harrison worked as an investment professional for The Carlyle Group and Goldman Sachs. He also spent time in China working for Chinaco Healthcare Corporation, an international hospital operator. He is active in the community and serves on the board of the Martha O’Bryan Center and The Hermitage. Harrison resides in Nashville, TN with his wife and three children. When not at work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family, skiing, golf, history and aviation.
As Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at naviHealth, LeToia Crozier takes pride in leading and educating the team on the regulatory, operational, and financial impacts of compliance and privacy programs. LeToia has spent nearly her whole career practicing compliance and law within the healthcare industry, including a senior leadership role at Change Healthcare as chief compliance and ethics officer. Throughout her career, she has been an active member of her community and serves on the board of the Youth Community Action Program. When she is not at work, LeToia also enjoys spending time with her family cooking, hiking, dancing, and traveling.
As Senior Vice President for Utilization Management, Cathy Fackovec is the key executive responsible for prior authorization activities and medical review as well as leading quality performance and learning and development. Joining naviHealth in 2014, Cathy served as a Market President for the Mid-Atlantic Region prior to accepting her current role. When not at work, she enjoys reading, bargain hunting, traveling and time spent with family and friends.
As Chief Financial Officer at naviHealth, Zack Mulligan is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall financial performance of the business and for helping set strategic financial priorities. Prior to joining naviHealth, Zack worked in health care investing at Pamlico Capital and health care investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities. When not at work, Zack loves spending time with his family, taking advantage of Nashville’s dining scene and attempting to improve his home cooking abilities.
As Chief of Staff, John Williamson is responsible for supporting naviHealth’s CEO and coordinating enterprise-level initiatives and special projects across executive leadership functions. John has spent the majority of his career focused on improving health care coordination and outcomes in a variety of roles including business development, strategy and operations. Before joining naviHealth, John worked on the development team for Surgical Care Affiliates. When he is not at work, John loves spending time outdoors with family and friends.
As Operations President at naviHealth, Susan Ray oversees market operations (teams in the field who work directly with providers, patients and customers), solution management and performance management teams. Susan began her health care career as a social worker and more recently held leadership roles working to improve patient outcomes and experience at Evolent Health. In her free time, Susan enjoys being outdoors, cooking and spending time with her family and dog.
Michael Marotta brings more than a quarter century of organizational storytelling to the naviHealth community. Throughout his career, Michael has refined a human-first approach that aligns engagement science and messaging with company values and culture. Outside the office, he tries to stay active, in part, by making area golf courses play much longer with errant shots. He’s a long-suffering Buffalo sports fan and self-published author of two novels. He has also appeared as a guest author on Thrive Global.
As Chief Information Officer, Greg Hamrick is responsible for the technology strategy and delivery for naviHealth. Greg has held health care technology leadership positions for over 20 years including dialysis (Fresenius Medical Care), pharmacy (CHD Meridian Healthcare) and financial services and investments (ING). Spending the last 10 years at naviHealth, Greg helped with the original buildout and launch of naviHealth tech. When Greg is not at work, he likes to get out of the city and work on the family farm.
